Putting on a show!

As a local company, Xelabus says it likes to work with communities and theatre groups, and highlights a recent partnership with the Mayflower Theatre in Southampton. “In discussion with the theatre management we were asked to operate private hires for local schools through a bursary scheme,” said Commercial Manager Phil Blair.

“This has proved highly successful and in return we are pleased to have one of our Enviro400MMCs in an all over advert for the theatre featuring characters for forthcoming shows. In addition, we also have music from the show the group will be travelling to playing on board so the passengers can really get in the mood for a great show.”

The bus will operate throughout the forthcoming year promoting the theatre and is also being used as part of the operator’s 15th anniversary celebrations.
