Xelabus supporting Maritime History

We’re delighted that Xelabus has been chosen again as the sole provider for transporting passengers to and from the magnificent Paddle Steamer Waverley during her UK tour, including her current visit to Southampton.

Waverley is the world’s last seagoing paddle steamer and a much-loved piece of living maritime history. Famous for her towering funnels, traditional paddles and distinctive silhouette, she gives passengers the opportunity to experience the golden age of steam travel while visiting ports and destinations around Britain’s coastline.

For Xelabus, it’s another example of what we do best — moving people safely and reliably across Hampshire and beyond, whether they’re travelling for work, leisure or, in this case, a very special voyage.

We’re incredibly proud to play our part in helping passengers begin and end their Waverley experience and to support such an iconic vessel during her time on the South Coast.
