Bridge detection technology
Snooper Bridge Detection Technology has been introduced across Xelabus’ fleet of double-decker vehicles to enhance route safety and prevent bridge strikes.
The system uses advanced GPS mapping and real-time data to alert drivers when their vehicle is approaching a low bridge or restricted route. By providing audible and visual warnings, the Snooper technology ensures that drivers have ample time to take corrective action, reducing the risk of costly and dangerous accidents.

Fire training
Xelabus staff recently took part in a hands-on fire training session focused entirely on practical response techniques. The training covered how to safely attend to and control fires both within buildings and on PCV vehicles, ensuring staff are fully prepared for real-life situations. Participants learned how to assess fire risks, use extinguishers correctly, and apply safe procedures to protect people and property. The practical nature of the session gave everyone valuable experience and confidence in handling fire-related incidents effectively, strengthening Xelabus’s commitment to safety across all areas of its operations.
Comprehensive Maintenance
All Xelabus vehicles follow a comprehensive maintenance schedule designed to keep the fleet in peak condition and ensure the highest standards of safety and reliability. Every vehicle undergoes a detailed inspection every 42 days, which includes brake testing and a full deep clean.
