Fair Oak, Mortimers Lane Closure

From Monday 2nd February until 22nd July 2026 Mortimers Lane in Fair Oak is closed.

As a result of this closure, the following services are subject to change.

Sparsholt Route 5 - Cosham

The service will divert via Fishers Pond, Crowd Hill, Sandy Lane and Shorts Road to be able to serve the Witts Road bus stop in Fair Oak. All buses stops will be served correctly. There may be a few minutes delay due to the diversion.

Itchen College 591 - Bishops Waltham

This service will divert via Fishers Pond and Crowd Hill before continuing normal route from Fair Oak. For students waiting on Mortimers Lane, the bus will collect passengers at the end of Mortimers Lane on Winchester Road. Please ensure you request the bus to stop.

As a result of the diversion, the 591 service will operate at the following times for the duration of the closure.
